Last years awards went ahead on November 28th, with slightly fewer attendees than anticipated due to the recent adverse weather, however those who made didn't let the side down...
Two new awards were up for grabs this year, Front of house department of the year & Food & Beverage department of the year.

Last years awards evening took place on Sunday 15th November 2009- visit our blog to see pictures of the night.
The purpose to again recognise outstanding members of staff and to celebrate
their success.
Nominations and selections are based on:
* Performance in your work area
* Customer and staff feedback
* Sick record and time keeping
* Contributions to the hotels success/improvements/customer care
Each hotel GM will nominate four employees:
* You must have worked with us for a minimum of 6 months
* Your GM will write a 250 word summary for all nominees as to why you have
been selected which will be submitted to me
* All nominees will attend the awards dinner
* From the four nominees from each hotel I will select one winner from each
hotel, and one overall outstanding Ashdale employee.
